This necklace is very warm and soft like a romantic heart. My best childhood memories are from the time we lived in this tiny island. Everybody on that island was poor and worked hard. So big kids took care of us little ones and they took us to a hill. That hill was full of Acacia tree and Azalea. The fragrance was so divine I always felt like I was in heaven. We ate Acacia petals and picked them for parents to make wine. So when I saw acacia blooms this year, I wanted to make necklace in that color. I started this necklace in May but, couldn't decide on the center drop for a long time. I am very happy that I had waited because I love this lampwork bead as focal, it has perfectly matching colors!

I used to calculate the cost first but, now I make jewelry first then calculate the cost and I make better jewelry because of it. I have to admit that I was surprised at how much I have to charge but, Let me tell you it will be well worth it:)

This necklace is 17-20inch. Chain is hand linked using 5x7mm pink amethyst rectangle, 5mm pink mystic topaz, 3mm scapolite and pink amethyst. In between links hangs 7x14mm - 5x10mm scapolite topped with 3mm roundells of pink mystic quartz, scapolite and pink amethyst.Center drop is a little over 2.25inch and 10x16mm pink amethyst topped with all above stones hang below this gorgeous lampwork bead made by SFDglassbeads.etsy.com.
